I have just finished my virtual meeting with xe.net about F#. This is the report about my first experiences in functional programming. A long road ahead, but I think it will be a valueable path learning and using this language. As a guy asked me, I hope that F# will not have the same destiny (read: dismission) as IronPython and IronRuby. I don’t think so because of F# is in Visual Studio 2010 (hoping not as J#) and that is a statically typed language, so a lot of Intellisense/Microsoft style!
